The tomatoes are starting and the snow peas are ending.

Snow Peas

Sesame Snow Peas

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add 1 lb. snow peas and cook for 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water. Toss with 1-2 tablespoons sesame oil, 1-2 tablespoons sesame seeds and 1-2 teaspoons salt. Enjoy!
